A few weeks ago I went home to shoot a bunch of fall mini sessions and this little family was one I was looking forward to shooting. You see, Mom and Dad were students not of mine specifically, but they just kids at the school I taught at before I had my kids!! Time flies and it is a small world that is for sure. Amy contacted me a few month before the session to plan out what to wear. We text back and forth a few ideas and at the last minute we changed a few things but overall I love how she pulled this family style together. Amy is totally beautiful and that helps to but her color scheme and layers turned out fabulous!! I always suggest mom’s wear a dress in portrait sessions as there is a lot of up and down and sitting in strange places so a maxi works perfectly for this!
