I wish I could dig up all of the portraits I have taken of Kat and her family as we go way back to her engagement session over 6 years ago now. After that I was able to photograph her wedding farm alongside Matt Ramage. Maternity portraits when the twin twins were snug inside her belly, twin newborn session and on and on… Kat you are my muse!!! From getting married to a soon to be family of five……how blessed am I to document this evolution. Getting to know this family has been so incredible for me as I know as soon as I send these images over Dad will say “oh my goodness she included my hands”!!! He is a farming dad and his hands the day of our session showed the results of his hard work. Those hardworking hands are a part of their family and I had to include them. I hope that these images portray another part of their story that Kat is an INCREDIBLE mother. Not only is she stunning but she is patient , kind and really really loving. Also when I met Kat she was a “farm fiance” just new to the farm lifestyle and now she is a full on farm wife that absolutely rocks it. She has a flower farm called Hidden Haven north of Saskatoon near Waldheim. I cannot wait to watch you guys grow again and welcome your new baby in 7 ish more weeks.
