Sharing this beautiful motherhood session on my blog today of the incredible Alicia Marie a fellow Sask photographer and now friend. I like to say she does “boobs” and I do ” babies” as Alicia is an INCREDIBLE boudoir photographer … and like me, a former teacher. I absolutely love my motherhood sessions because I am telling you , you will not remember all the itty bitty details of your babies. I am sorry to say it but it is true. Babies do not keep and it breaks my hearts as much as it does yours. If I close my eyes real tight I can almost remember my kiddos as babies but the edges of those memories are blurred and forgotten. Baby Asher above was doing this adorable thing with his tongue during our session that he had not done before and we managed to get a bunch of shots of him doing it over and over again. It is those small little things that change so quickly that I love to capture. I shoot motherhood sessions for my baby plan clients when baby is 3-5 months old. My baby plan allows clients to not miss a moment of babies first year of life. The Baby Plan is an exclusive membership I reserve for just twelve families annually. This is a rolling 12, so when a client completes their time in the plan, I replace with another family.
The Plan gives members an opportunity to document four of the most important milestones in their baby’s first year. Included with this year-long package are five, custom photo sessions: maternity, newborn, smile/motherhood, sit and one year. Complimentary makeup is included with the maternity and motherhood session.
